I identify, at this time in my journey, with ALL the values of the Order and am committed to living them out for one year.

I commit to ½ hr of spiritual/contemplative practice every day for one year.

I commit to at least 2 days of Vegetarianism a week for one year.

I am open to receiving periodically, “The Mystic Heart” for a donation for this one year. I understand that the Order will donate ½ of my donation to a social change cause on the Planet.

I am open to participating in The Mystic Heart Forum to give and receive inspiration to Order members for one year.

I would like to apply to be a One Year Committed Member of the Order of Divinity. I understand this can be renewed as many times as I choose.
